What is Snap2CRM?

Snap2CRM is a business card scanner for HubSpot. It extracts contact details, lets the user review them and submits the result through a connected HubSpot form.

How does Snap2CRM work with HubSpot forms?

The user selects a connected form, reviews the prefilled fields and submits it. HubSpot then handles contact creation or updates, deduplication and the CRM behavior configured for that form.

Can a scan trigger HubSpot workflows?

Yes. Because the scan is submitted through a HubSpot form, it can trigger the workflows, routing, scoring, notifications and list updates configured in HubSpot.

Where is business-card data handled?

Contact data is submitted to the connected HubSpot account. Snap2CRM retains only the metadata required for functionality, security, billing, diagnostics and usage tracking.

Is EU-only data residency available?
